The Challenge

Organic, an Omnicom agency, had no Search practice. Chrysler (now part of Stellantis) represented one of the largest paid search opportunities in the automotive industry — a $40M annual budget that required specialized expertise the agency didn't yet have.

What I Built

Built the Search practice at Organic from scratch. As a one-person team, competed for and won the Chrysler paid search Agency of Record (AOR) account — a $40M annual engagement. Once the account was secured, built and hired a 5-person team to manage ongoing operations. Optimized campaign performance across the entire Chrysler portfolio, applying rigorous analytical methods to identify waste and improve conversion efficiency across every dollar of spend.

The Results

Delivered a 40% efficiency improvement across the $40M budget, translating to $16M in annual savings for Chrysler. Managed the account and team for 2 years, establishing repeatable processes and optimization frameworks. This engagement also helped grow Organic's broader Search business to over $100M in billings within two years — demonstrating the ability to build a new business line from zero to significant scale.
