Hands-on implementation of the growth infrastructure — I build alongside the team, not from a PowerPoint.

Quick wins first: fix broken tracking, optimize existing campaigns, rewrite sales materials, cut wasteful spend.

Build the engines: demand generation, CRM/automation, content programs, sales enablement, reporting dashboards.

Goal: the quick wins pay for the engagement while the long-term systems take shape.

Weeks 10–14+

Scale & Transition

Establish the reporting cadence — weekly KPIs, monthly QBRs, board-ready metrics.

Hire the permanent team: recruit, interview, and onboard the marketing leader or team who will own this going forward.

Document the playbooks and create repeatable processes that make growth self-sustaining.

The goal is always to build something that works without me — then hand it off cleanly.

Interim CMO / CGO

Full integration with your executive team. 3–6 month engagement with 15–25 hours per week. I own the marketing function, build the team, and hand off to a permanent hire.

Growth Sprint

Focused 90-day engagement around a specific objective — GTM launch, funnel build, team restructure, or channel optimization. Intensive and outcome-specific.

Advisory / Board

Ongoing strategic counsel. Monthly check-ins, quarterly planning sessions, and on-call availability for critical decisions. Best for companies with an existing team that needs senior guidance.
