Raised $200M for first Opportunity Zone fund in under a year
The Challenge
Cadre, backed by Andreessen Horowitz, was a NYC-based asset manager providing direct access to institutional-quality commercial real estate investments. The company needed to build its entire B2C marketing function from scratch — brand positioning, demand generation, investor acquisition, and sales enablement — while simultaneously launching a major new fund product.
What I Built
As marketing founder, I executed a comprehensive GTM program that expanded and automated the firm's B2C marketing and investment/sales programs. This included building the consumer-focused HNW investor acquisition approach, designing the sales enablement systems, hiring and training both Marketing and Sales teams, and architecting the automation infrastructure that allowed the firm to scale investor communications and nurturing efficiently.
The Results
Raised $200M for Cadre's first Opportunity Zone fund in under a year. Built the firm's B2C growth engine from scratch with trained Marketing and Sales teams in place to continue execution. Expanded and automated the firm's B2C marketing and investment/sales programs.
