I worked closely with Microsoft for over two years while at IPG. Primary focus was on managing $100M in Microsoft marketing expenditures – first in the US, and transitionally in EMEA, APAC, LATAM. Later engagements included some highly successful projects designing new marketing effectiveness and analytics systems.
Key highlight was the design and development of a novel marketing automation & analytics platform for Microsoft, that applied brand metrics to drive programmatic media optimization. An industry first.
Additionally headed up a 12-week mission-critical transition of over 200 marketing campaigns in over 45 countries – including coordinating multinational teams, planning and transitioning multiple ad servers and marketing automation platforms, and implementing a standardized currency conversion system.
