I worked closely with Bayview for about two years across a range of marketing and analytics related projects. Bayview at the time already had an established marketing department – my primary role there was providing expert guidance and training for marketing staff.

It was a very effective engagement. Typically each month we’d launch a new tactical effort such as a new marketing campaign or A/B testing regimen. I’d manage initial setup and launch with internal teams observing. Post-launch I’d train the staff on day-to-day management of the programs going forward.

Bayview acquired a tremendous amount of institutional knowledge through the engagement. I’ve continued to work with key Bayview executives on multiple engagements since.
